Purpose of the site
The site presents my private chef services and lets you send me a request. Information on the site, including examples of menus, destinations and prices, is given for guidance only and is not a binding offer.
Requests and bookings
Sending a request through the form, WhatsApp or phone does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when we both agree in writing on a personalised proposal, which sets out the dates, services, price, payment and cancellation terms. Those booking terms prevail over these terms of use.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, to give accurate information in your requests, and not to send spam, automated messages or harmful content, or try to disrupt the site.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to me or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them, in whole or in part, without my written consent. Sharing a link to a page is welcome.
Availability and liability
I do my best to keep the site accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect damage resulting from using the site. Links to other websites (such as Instagram or WhatsApp) are provided for convenience and I am not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, the courts of Florence (Italy) have jurisdiction.
