I cook every stay myself, so I can only be in one kitchen at a time. Send me your dates and I will tell you honestly if I am free.

Chianina beef, truffle from San Miniato, Tuscan olive oil, pecorino from Pienza and Chianti wines.
I cook light and seasonal, with extra-virgin olive oil, quality proteins and the best local suppliers.

How much does a private chef cost in Tuscany?
It depends on the length of the stay, the number of guests and the services. Send me your dates and I will send you a precise proposal the same day.
When should I book a private chef in Tuscany?
As early as possible for July and August; spring and autumn are often possible at shorter notice.
Are groceries included?
Groceries are billed at cost, with receipts, in addition to my fee.
Can you cook for special diets?
Yes: allergies, halal, keto, vegan and children’s menus are part of every brief.
